Open Concept Kitchen Remodel with Custom Cabinetry

This warm, open concept kitchen remodel with custom cabinetry includes loads of hidden extras and a bonus bathroom remodel.

Creating an Open Concept Kitchen Remodel with Custom Cabinets

This open concept kitchen remodel with custom cabinets began with a bathroom remodel! When the customer requested a more open and inviting kitchen layout, our team obliged! We started by removing a wall to create a seamless flow between spaces. The result is a bright, airy kitchen perfect for cooking, dining, and gathering.

Custom Cabinets with Smart Storage

We’re known for using custom cabinetry to add personalized touches and practical upgrades, and this project was no exception. The centerpiece of the kitchen is a custom island that combines style and function. The island features extra seating, hidden trash receptacles, and pullout drawers large enough for pots and pans. At the customer’s request, we also integrated a sink into the island—a practical and stylish addition.

One of the most unique features is a hidden laundry area cleverly tucked under the counter. To complement the design, we added a concealed light switch to control the overhead light, combining convenience with a clean look.

Customer-Designed Backsplash

We love when our clients bring their creativity to the table! For this kitchen, the customer handpicked the tile for the backsplash and designed a unique pattern. Our team worked diligently to ensure the tile was placed exactly as envisioned, creating a stunning focal point.

Finishing Touches on the Kitchen Remodel

To balance the space, we built a custom entertainment cabinet on one wall and a small corner cabinet for additional storage. The woodwork above the doors and windows was also revamped to match the cabinetry, tying the entire room together for a cohesive, polished look.

This kitchen is now a beautiful, functional hub for the home, filled with thoughtful details that reflect the customer’s personal style. We’re thrilled to have been part of this transformation and can’t wait to help with their next project!
