Modern Kitchen Remodel & Living Room Makeover

This modern kitchen remodel and living room makeover transformed the Nalepka home into a stylish, efficient hub for entertaining and family time.

Modern Kitchen Remodel and Living Room Makeover with Custom Features

This modern kitchen remodel transformed a dated kitchen and living room into a modern, functional, and stylish space tailored to our client’s vision. From custom cabinetry to innovative storage solutions and elegant lighting, every detail was meticulously crafted to enhance both form and function.

Modern Kitchen Remodel

The kitchen remodel required a complete overhaul, starting with the removal of all existing cabinetry. Custom-built cabinets were designed by our pros to maximize storage and complement the space. A centerpiece of this modern kitchen remodel is the stunning kitchen island, which features additional storage beneath the seating area, a custom pullout trash can, an integrated cutting board, and a built-in microwave for added convenience.

The butler’s pantry received a sophisticated upgrade with custom cabinetry, a new wine cooler, and upper cabinets fitted with glass doors and glass shelves. To elevate the aesthetic, we installed undercabinet lighting throughout the kitchen and accent lighting in the butler’s pantry to showcase the glass display shelves. The space was tied together with a sleek backsplash and luxurious granite countertops, providing durability and timeless elegance.

For enhanced functionality, a stylish barn door was installed for the food pantry, offering a space-saving solution with a modern farmhouse charm.

Elegant Living Room Makeover

The living room makeover transformed this space into a part of the open kitchen and a focal point of the home, featuring custom-built cabinetry and shelving designed to frame the fireplace wall perfectly. The fireplace wall itself was constructed on-site to accommodate the client’s fireplace and a flush-mounted television, creating a seamless and polished look.

To add character and warmth, ceiling beams were installed and stained to complement the room’s design. Custom lighting was integrated into the shelving, highlighting décor and adding ambiance to the space.
